What you’ll do:

Leadership the production team

Manage the process engineering team

Union relationship

Focus on safety, quality and productivity

Manage the productivity actions

Lead the team to reduce scrap

Focus on standard work adherence

Manage Investments (Capex) for improvements

Problem solving 100% of the time focused on safety, reducing quality issues and scrap, and delivering productivity.

What is required:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Production engineer, or correlated areas
• MBA is a differential
• Availability to travel to attend technical meetings and to work on shifts if needed to solve problems
• English (Advanced level)
