**Job Description Summary**: The Manufacturing Unit Leader will have overall ownership of production, processes, and people included in the respective Manufacturing Unit and will be fully responsible to deliver upon SQDC targets, to eliminate losses in the area through BD Excellence and to grow the capability of the team.
This role has responsibility for the designated product line including setting goals, making decisions, and driving accountability toward department objectives in the designated Manufacturing Unit.
Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.
Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.
Ability to read and write and converse in English.
