The Marine Services division of Public Works maintains and operates seven provincial ferries: Englishtown, Little Narrows, Country Harbor, LaHave River, Tancook Island, and Digby Neck. Our Ferry staff help further connect and expand Nova Scotia’s transportation network while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Provincial Ferries. Our ferries operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
