Market Access Manager

As a Market Access Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s products are effectively incorporated into the Mexican healthcare system by securing their inclusion in public formularies, institutional catalogs, and government purchasing frameworks. This role focuses on facilitating access to the public market by driving health policy engagement, supporting product evaluation processes with key institutions (e.g., IMSS, ISSSTE), and building strong relationships with decision‑makers. The position also involves generating clear clinical and economic value propositions to support inclusion, adoption, and sustainable demand within public and private healthcare systems.
