Sanofi Spain is seeking a **Market Access Strategy Head** **SPC (Immuno-Aliance)**
to join our Market Access (MAx) leadership team at a pivotal moment in our journey to become a Launch Powerhouse. This role sits at the heart of our ambition to accelerate patient access to innovative medicines in one of Europe's most complex market access environments — where the average time from EMA approval to reimbursement stands at 616 days, and where agility, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence are critical differentiators.
Reporting directly to the **Head of Market Access Spain** , the Market Access Strategy Head will provide strategic leadership across a mixed portfolio of innovative pipeline products and mature brands, coordinating Launch Excellence activities and driving cross-functional alignment to maximize the impact of the MAx team at both national and regional levels.
