What you will do
Assists the Regional Finance Director and the Metro Market/Regional Management Teams in driving business results for mid-size markets.
Responsible for the planning and control of financial activities consistent with long-term business objectives.
Provides guidance and support to operational and functional teams on a myriad of business/financial issues, while maintaining highest level of financial integrity.
How you will do it
Responsible for financial oversight and management of upwards of 2 metro markets worth approximately $300M - 400M in annual revenue.
Coordinate monthly financial planning, inquiry response and facilitate all other operational and financial matters within the Metro Markets supported.
Proactively work with the Region team to improve financial results consistent with operating plan commitments and objectives.
Coordinate Metro Market bottoms‐up cadence and pressure test as compared to prior Outlook and Plan.
