About The Role

Our client centered Marketing Team is the face of the firm and this role supports and reports to the Business Development + Marketing Manager. You are a self‑starter that is able to prioritize, multi‑task and get things done. You love events and all things Social and bring your energy, creativity and design eye to the table to collaborate with the team to keep the MT+Co. brand strong. This is a generalist role that supports everything from the MT+Co. website, social media, marketing + PR, as well as firm events. While the firm is generally supportive of hybrid remote work, in‑office needs arise that will require you to attend the office 2-3 times per week. Because of the nature and timing of events, you will be required to work evenings and weekends occasionally to host firm‑sponsored events (overtime will be paid in accordance to Employment Standards).
