What you’ll do:

This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to drive store sales and enhance awareness of the Co-op Value Proposition. The role works collaboratively across teams to implement campaigns, manage communications, and support community engagement efforts while ensuring brand consistency and effective use of marketing resources.

Coordinate and support marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and in-store media (TV ads, emails, newsletters) 

Maintain brand consistency by providing creative support across all communications and materials 

Manage internal and external communications, including team member support and guest-facing messaging 

Monitor and respond to social media platforms in a timely manner to maintain a consistent brand voice and build trust
