Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in implementing TGC’s marketing strategy, focusing on campaign management, partner marketing activations, and execution of digital marketing initiatives across programs, events and communications.

This role blends campaign coordination, partner marketing, content execution and marketing operations – ideal for someone organized, creative, curious and excited to make an impact at the intersection of technology, gender equity and career advancement. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll help drive brand awareness, improve user acquisition and retention, and ensure initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across channels.
