The Manitoba Fibre Festival is seeking a self‑motivated person to manage and execute marketing of the 2026 Festival event happening at the Red River Ex September 11‑12. The marketing coordinator will work remotely with little direct supervision but will be part of a vibrant and collaborative team. The marketing coordinator will be on‑site leading up to and during the festival.

Please note: as this position is funded through Canada Summer Jobs, applicants must be aged 15‑30.

Social Media Tasks

• Develop and execute pre‑scheduled social media posts for Instagram and Facebook via Later (4‑6 weeks in advance depending on season)
• Use Canva to create new graphics/update graphics for upcoming year’s content
• Communicate with other departments to confirm marketing needs
