Job Description

You will be working in a team that oversees a diverse portfolio of more than €400 million, developing innovative strategies to penetrate, grow, and outperform in the competitive EMEA market.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Growth Planning (30%)

  • Formulate a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Amplify the marketing voice in cross-departmental meetings, ensuring unified strategic execution.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends to enable growth in the EMEA territory.
  • Lead a team of 5 direct reports and 9 indirect reports.

    • Portfolio Management (20%)

  • Manage and optimize the portfolio of different business units, ensuring robust market positioning and profitability.
  • Implement advanced segmentation and pricing strategies to maximize contribution across product lines.
