Marketing Operations Lead

As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will lead enterprise marketing operations by driving planning, governance, and coordination across all marketing channels, tools, and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and with measurable impact. This role is ideal for a strategic, systems‑thinking marketing professional who excels in operational excellence, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This is a full‑time, permanent role based at Vancity head office and will report directly to the Manager, Marketing. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on site for events and business demands.
