Role Responsibilities

• Developing and managing co-branded promo calendars and exclusive campaigns with strategic accounts.
• Leading day-to-day collaboration with internal teams (Social Media, Creative, Growth, Commerical, Lifecycle) and partner brands to bring campaigns to life.
• Supporting strategic discussions and alignment meetings with marketing teams from KA brands.
• Partnering closely with the commercial team to develop promotional strategies and monitor campaign performance.
• Tracking campaign results, generating reports, and identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
• Supporting the development of playbooks and best practices for partnership campaigns.
• Monitoring promo performance, order growth, and engagement metrics together with Ops teams.
• Ensuring strong execution and coordination across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
