MPS Lead is in charge of creating a Supply Plan from DRP and actual backlog. It serves as the primary point of contact for liaison with Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and CX departments. The role follows up on material and capacity constraints with Sourcing and Focus Factory managers and creates a Supply Plan that provides visibility of current and projected customer requirements. This plan supports the company's ability to optimize resources (materials and capacity) to satisfy customer demand and achieve the IBP Supply Plan goals. The Supply Plan generated by the MPS Lead drives all detailed material procurement, production scheduling, and capacity planning activities.
