1- Manages the flow of Materials to meet the Demands of the Client. Manages the Processes and Resources (Internal and External) required to Produce and Deliver the End Products. 2- Coordinates the Processes and Resources required to Produce and Deliver the finished goods. 3-Assures the Supply of Raw Material and programs Short and Long Term needs to maintain an optimum Inventory to meet the Production Program. 4- Optimizes the Supply Chain through Supplier Evaluations. Maintains relationships with Clients, Suppliers, Contractors, Customs Agents and Transportation Companies insuring their Compliance to the Organization’s Policies, Guidelines and Requirements. 5- Responsible for the following areas: Purchasing, Production and Inventory Control, Warehousing (Raw Material and Finished Goods) and Shipping Operations including the required Official Customs Procedures on both sides and for the Ministry of Economy (Secretaría de Economía). 6- Respons...
