The Planning SME is responsible for driving standard work, process optimization, and continuous improvement across planning processes, systems, and talent development within OSS (One Shared Services) and site operations.

• Act as Site Subject Matter Expert in Planning processes (Production Planning, Demand Planning, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, etc.)
• Act as SME for planning systems and tools (e.g., SAP, planning trackers, scheduling tools)
• Drive standardization and best practices across planning activities within OSS and supported sites
• Coach, mentor, and train planning teams to strengthen capabilities and create a continuous learning environment
• Monitor key planning KPIs (schedule adherence, demand vs supply alignment, execution readiness, etc.)
