Job Description
MCI is seeking a Client Services Manager based in Sydney, NS to enhance client relationships and oversee service delivery. This position focuses on effective communication and account management.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring that service delivery meets all expectations and KPIs.
