Job Description

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here. This will be achieved by:

  • Effective ordering, receiving, inspections, storage, and preparation and handling of meats and/or fish and seafood and supplies.
  • Maintaining and ensure compliance with Humboldt co-op standards and government food and sanitation health and safety standards.
  • General housekeeping duties to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, and clean, including sharpening equipment and monitoring refrigeration temperature within all food safety standards and guidelines.
  • Be responsible for providing information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Who you are:

    You are interested in a career in the Meat Department and:

  • Have a grade 12 education.
  • Have 1-3 years of relevant meat experience ...
