Job Purpose & Summary:

The purpose of this position is to manage and repair equipment such as semi-tractor trailers, pickups trucks, diesel engines, generators, gasoline engines, pumps etc. This role must work well with others as assistance is needed from time to time to help perform the shop mechanic duties. The shop mechanic is responsible for repairing vehicles and equipment as well as coordinating the purchase of replacement parts and supplies. This role may include responsibilities such as minor fabrication, manufacturing, and warehouse duties. The duties of this role must be carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
