Shape the World Around You – as a Mechanical Designer you will contribute technical expertise to impactful, multidisciplinary projects that support safer, more efficient, and more sustainable mining, metals and industrial infrastructure systems. You’ll design and collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that help communities and industries thrive. This position will play a key role in the design and optimization of the layout design of heavy industrial projects. The role is located in one of our Canadian offices with preference for our Northern Ontario offices.

Your Impact

• Prepare 3D models and layout general arrangements for existing plant upgrades and new facilities;
• Prepare process flow diagrams;
• Prepare design sketches;
• Prepare design calculations and design briefs;
• Prepare standard details;
• Prepare trade‑off studies and reports;
• Assist in checking vendor documentation;
