Job Description

Purpose


  • The Fleet Instructor is responsible for providing some of the training, Instruction, coaching, mentoring and competence assessment of offshore and onshore personnel in a specific discipline: Cargo, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, Safety, Mechanical, Rigging & Lifting, Mooring Master and MOME. The Fleet Instructor has the authority support the nationalization on board and the offshore crew development.

    • Responsibilities

  • 1) Gain knowledge, understanding and Compliance of Management System
  • 1 Fulfil responsibilities as described in GEMS and make familiar with the documents relevant to your discipline and to HSSE
  • 2) Perform the competencies assessment and support the CAS deployment on board
  • 1 Develop and present high quality and effective theoretical and practical training and / or coaching & mentoring events for all level of staff as required by current and future business needs.
