Job Description

Senior Mechanical Engineer with 20+ years in mining, bulk materials handling, or mineral processing. Extensive hands-on experience in root cause analysis (RCA), chronic failure elimination, wear analysis, maintainability, shutdowns, and operational reliability improvement. Experience in crushers, mills, pumps, conveyors, chutes, screens, liners, alloys, coatings, and rotating equipment. Background in operations and maintenance improvement projects. Must be capable of identifying hidden failure modes, potential recurring industry failure patterns, and high-risk reliability weaknesses affecting throughput, availability, and maintenance costs.
