Job Summary

The Medical Crew Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, coordination, and administration of medical crew staffing in support of Keewatin Air's aeromedical operations. This position ensures adequate staffing coverage for all missions, manages schedule changes, coordinates travel and accommodation requirements, maintains staffing records, and supports the administration of travel and accommodation expenses associated with medical crew operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced 24/7 operational environment.
