Job Description

The Medical Director of UCC Development Saskatoon will report to the Lead of UCC Operations in the Saskatoon Area.

The Medical Directors of UCC Development Saskatoon will function collaboratively with UCC Saskatoon project team members to:

• Participate in advisory committees that are related to UCC Saskatoon
• Represent and communicate project and operational issues/goals to operational and clinical leaders, clinicians, and the Ministry
• Lead, promote and effectively articulate to frontline physicians and clinicians the vision of the UCC Saskatoon programs/services and how the UCC will influence and improve safe, quality client care
• Develop coalitions, work effectively with internal SHA stakeholders, and draw on expertise in the community to help establish the multi‑disciplinary clinical care model of the UCC Saskatoon, including defining the role of physicians (Community Physicians, Network Leads, 811 Hea...
