A CT (Computed Tomography) Engineer (or Field Service Engineer) Experienced in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced medical imaging equipment.


Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Technology Manager and Chief Medical Imaging Engineer, performs duties pertaining to acquisition, installation, calibration, repair and maintenance of medical imaging equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Advises on specifications for purchases on new medical imaging equipment and recommends replacement of obsolete or irreparable equipment. Provides new product evaluation as requested.

+ Consults and collaborates with key stakeholders to prepare for installation and deployment of medical imaging equipment and systems, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, gas, pneumatics, software, networking and integration to data/information retention systems.
