Medical Laboratory Technologist – Hematology & Chemistry

Location: Kelowna, British Columbia

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Shift: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (rotational shifts)

Work Style: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct sample identification and that specimen requirements are met according to established procedures.
• Maintain quality control standards, investigate missing samples, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Record, interpret, and/or approve test results.
• Maintain accuracy of appropriate documents.
• Troubleshoot clinical assays and laboratory equipment.
• Identify and report incidents and non‑conformities.
