Job Description

MISSIONS

:

With creativity and pragmatism:

  • Work with Trade Marketing & Operating Office teams to deliver an ambitious roll-out plan and ensure each project meets the commercial requirements of each market

  • Work with 360 teams to keep in-store concepts up to date, ensuring alignment with Brand strategy (including in-store initiatives such as art of wrapping, customization services, MUP services, …)

  • Work with highly demanding Fashion Houses and designers to translate the Brand vision into in-store concepts, defining the consumer journey and fixtures catalogue while balancing local commercial needs and FH requirements

  • Lead collaboration with design agencies and suppliers from creative brief to prototyping and production

  • Support local markets in the design of new beauty boutiques/counters/fixtures, ensuring compliance with guidelines and FH high-quality standards: from design, to technical drawing validation, to supplier v...
