The role reports to the restaurant manager and requires a valid Colombian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Demonstrate knowledge in food and beverage.
• Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service.
• Present the food and beverage selection to guests, offering vivid descriptions of each item, its origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guests’ orders, including special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel system.
• Coordinate food timing.
• Check completed kitchen orders against the original guest order.
• Transport items to guests’ tables promptly to maintain food quality.
