About the role

Versatile Software Engineering Manager to lead a team developing embedded control software for our Commercial HVAC systems. The role focuses on embedded Linux on touch screen displays and guiding junior developers in a geographically dispersed team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software solutions using Agile methodologies that satisfy user stories/requirements.
• Participate in project planning, provide well‑estimated solutions, and drive technical reviews.
• Manage and resolve technical conflicts among stakeholders impacting the software development team.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical guidance and mentorship for team members.
• Evaluate software solutions and system performance; ensure technical integrity of deliverables.
• Manage installation, configuration, deployment, and integration of software solutions; document processes.
