**Job Overview**

Lead and develop 3 functions. The Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Testing & Workshop teams to ensure successful NPI/PTI launches, robust process control, equipment availability, and continuous improvement in support of Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.

**Job Requirements**

**1. Manufacturing Engineering**

+ Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team to execute NPI/PTI launches, ensuring process readiness aligned with Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.
