Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Functional Consultant

to join our growing Solution Operations (Managed Services) Practice on either a full-time permanent or contract basis, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. This is a new role that can be located anywhere in Canada.

Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client D365 F&O Managed Services engagements, with an approximately 75% support and 25% project‑based focus

Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in‑depth application expertise in targeted business areas

Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition suite

Provide training to client staff to perform day‑to‑day activities in support of ERP implementations
