What this role is all about
As a Mid-Market Customer Growth Executive, you'll own a portfolio of mid-market clients β driving their satisfaction, growth, and long-term retention. This isn't a passive account management role: you'll be a strategic partner to your clients, understanding their business goals deeply and positioning Infobip as an indispensable part of their success. You'll bring together internal teams across Customer Success, Platform Operations, Revenue Assurance and beyond, acting as the central point of accountability for everything from commercial growth to technical escalations. With a strong grip on data and a commercial mindset, you'll forecast, react, and push for growth every quarter.
