Qualifications
- Map, analyze, and redesign publisher workflows (onboarding, billing, campaign approval) using BPMN
- Create and manage the business rules document for core platform capabilities
- Design standardized workflows “Golden Path” to optimize the multi-tenant architecture
- Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI to identify automation opportunities
- Audit live automated processes to verify efficiency and ROI outcomes, tracking metrics such as cycle time, auto-approval rate, and rework percentage
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate complex business needs into actionable specifications for engineering teams
- Support testing and validation of new features against defined business rules
