Job Summary:

The Milieu Manager is responsible for managing the daily workflow of the team and ensuring quality services are consistently delivered to clients in accordance with the mission and vision of Foundry. This role will coordinate with all departments to ensure the necessary staffing is available to fulfill program needs and regulatory compliance, and will provide training, supervision, and oversight of BHT staff.
