We’re looking for a Senior Mobile & Full Stack Engineer with deep React Native expertise who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. React Native is at the core of our product. You’ll own the mobile experience end to end, while also contributing across the full stack to architect scalable features, ensure data integrity, and deliver a performant user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our React Native mobile app, owning architecture, performance, and code quality.
• Design, develop, and deploy features across the full stack, frontend and backend.
• Build and refine offline‑first capabilities to support field operations in low‑connectivity environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and long‑term maintainability.
• Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.
• Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.
