Job Description

Purpose of the position:

Oversight and decision making of the maintenance daily Operations.

Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage all the technical aspects related to the daily operations;
  • Responsible to create and monitor the Fleet performance, making sure that the Fleet remains safe and airworthy at any time;
  • Oversight the Maintenance Operation Control (MOC) activity in order to minimize disruption;
  • Ensure decisions are made in a safe manner and in line with the Regulatory requirements;
  • Manage and assure development of his dedicated MOC Engineers in line with the defined and agreed Key Performance Indicators;
  • Provide oversight of the investigation and resolution of recurring defects with input from support departments including Reliability and Technical Services;
  • Assure effective communication with the technical support staff, AMO, MRO,...
