**Mold SetUp 2**
Carry out (corrective, breakdown and preventive) set up of the machinery and molds, based on the technical knowledge and practical insights, structural improvements and remedying the most complex failures.
**Your role:**
+ Set up molds, start up thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth production.
+ Operate molding equipment and auxiliary systems, applying solid knowledge of plastic and silicone transformation processes.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds, including complex repairs and Tool Room support tasks.
+ Ensure product quality by troubleshooting defects, managing material changes, verifying proper material drying, and avoiding shortages.
+ Maintain compliance with EHS standards, housekeeping (6S), shift coordination, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
