Shop Foreperson – Moncton

Position Type: Permanent Full-Time

Reporting To: District Equipment Manager

Start Date: Immediately

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm to 12:00 am. Friday, 2:00 pm-6:00 pm

Compensation: $39.00 per hour + $3.00 premium

Summary

The Shop Foreperson is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance shop, ensuring fleet reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This role provides leadership and direction to shop staff while coordinating maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and support uninterrupted service delivery. The successful candidate will foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
