Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the implementation of a high-impact sales strategy for Motion products in the Chilean market, prioritizing direct engagement with end users while leveraging other strategic channels to drive growth. Each day you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of the sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for Motion products and systems, ensuring sustainable order growth, increased market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
