GENERAL OBJECTIVE: 

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall supervision, quality and strategic orientation of Solidarités International programmatic operations and MEAL systems in Cabo Delgado. S/he ensures effective, high-quality and compliant implementation of programmes in line with SI strategy and donor requirements. S/he supervises Program Managers and the MEAL Manager, supports adaptive programming, and works closely with the Area Coordinator and field teams to strengthen coordination, accountability and operational continuity.

THE MAIN CHALLENGES:

1- Major mission restructuring following BHA funding cuts in early , with reduced staffing and evolving organisational set-up, followed by a rapid increase of funding in , including short-term emergency grants and a multi-year development project
