We are seeking a Mulesoft Support Specialist Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of reported issues through resolution – including troubleshooting, internal communication, and providing regular feedback.
• Assist other teams in troubleshooting integrations involving third‑party APIs and implementation of other products.
• Support and administer MuleSoft CloudHub Anypoint Platform.
• Apply broad analytical and technical skills to support tasks.
• Identify automation opportunities, reduce manual activities, document support activities, and partner with the development team on projects and enhancement work.
• Notify and elevate support failures; manage incident and problem tickets.
