The Multi-Site Porter plays a key role in delivering a high-quality workplace experience by providing proactive, hands‑on support across client facilities. This role blends concierge‑style service with porter and light facility support, ensuring common areas, meeting spaces, and amenities are clean, safe, functional, and ready for use at all times.

The successful candidate will be service‑oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic corporate environment. This role is highly visible and interacts regularly with tenants, visitors, and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Support

• Support meeting and event setups, including furniture arrangement and room readiness
• Assist with executive and leadership meeting preparation
• Coordinate and communicate service requests to appropriate personnel
• Provide timely updates and elevate issues as required
