Job Summary:
The Seasonal Assistant Hamlet Operator is accountable to the Projects & Infrastructure Supervisor for efficient and effective operations of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in the Municipal District of Taber (MDT), as well as year-round maintenance of parks, public spaces, and other municipal property within the hamlets. There are three seasonal positions available from May to October.
Daily Work Activities Include:
Water and Wastewater Infrastructure:
- Conduct routine testing to ensure quality of water, wastewater, and storm drainage.
- Conduct routine visual inspections of water, wastewater, and storm drainage facilities and infrastructure to identify potential issues and ensure safe and efficient operation of MDT facilities.
