The role involves building relationships with city and county leaders, translating capital needs into actionable scopes, and partnering with technical experts to deliver high‑quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of annual municipal bookings and backlog targets while managing a robust pipeline of near‑, mid‑, and long‑term opportunities.
