Siwash Lake Wilderness Resort is seeking a warm, capable, and outdoorsy Seasonal Live-In Nanny & Household Assistant for the 2026 summer season.
This is a unique summer role caring primarily for our 2-year-old son, Max, while living and working at our family-owned luxury wilderness ranch in British Columbia’s Cariboo region. The role pays $27.50-34.../hour depending on experience, and includes on-site housing.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves young children, has confidence with toddlers, enjoys outdoor play and nature-based learning, and is comfortable helping a young child grow in independence, confidence, communication, emotional regulation, and practical life skills.
Days with Max may include outdoor play, nature walks, creative exploration, visiting animals, collecting eggs, simple activities, meals and snacks, nap or quiet time, toileting support, handwashing, dressing, transitions, and the normal ups and downs of toddler life.
