National Business Development Manager, BESS (Battery and Energy Storage Systems)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a pragmatic, high‑impact national go‑to‑market plan for BESS that targets priority segments where the company can capture the best return on effort
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and sales forecast; concentrate efforts on the highest‑value opportunities to meet or exceed annual targets
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial processes: opportunity qualification, customer value proposition development, collaborate with supplier partners, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation with support from internal stakeholders
• Monitor federal and provincial energy policies, incentives, and market mechanisms affecting BESS deployment; translate market changes into actionable sales strategies
