**What You'll Do**

+ Support the lead engineer in market deployments of Amex GBT onto the NetSuite platform while managing ongoing enhancements and leading end-to-end support activities.
+ You will be responsible for the health and wellbeing of the application, resolving critical support issues as they occur, and ensuring NetSuite customization, maintenance, and deployment of customizations are executed seamlessly.
+ Your role includes managing NetSuite application performance, product technical deployment, and upgrades across the organization.
