Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for Meraki products, including wireless access points, security appliances, switches, and related technologies.Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer and partner issues via phone, chat, and email.Own end‐to‐end service requests from ticket creation to resolution.Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and other support teams to triage network outages and complex configuration problems.Analyze packet captures with Wireshark and troubleshoot issues using Linux console commands.Create, update, and share detailed Knowledge Base articles based on customer interactions.Participate in training and stay current on Meraki features and network technologies.QualificationsProficient in English (speaking and w...
