Position Title: Network Support Engineer

Location: Board Administration Office, Pembroke

Schedule: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week, 12 months per year

Rate of Pay: $48.65- $49.43 per hour (Group 15)

Position Summary

A key member of the IT Department, the Network Support Engineer is responsible for tasks related to networked hardware configurations across the organization both on and off‑site, maintaining and supporting existing systems, and providing second and third level support to technical staff. The Engineer also researches, designs, tests and implements new systems or enhancements to existing systems.

Education & Experience
