This position requires you to support the Operations Manager in various facility management tasks for 9 to 15 months. Emphasis will be placed on mastering operational strategies, financial oversight, and effective team coaching. Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and assist in managing operational activities
• Conduct financial audits and prepare budgets
• Engage in employee coaching and mentor talent
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Evaluate workload against labor utilization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years’ experience in large warehouses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
